Mohamed Harkat has been in jail in Ottawa, Canada since December 10, 2002 without any charges under a CSIS Security Certificate. Mohamed faces deportation to Algeria where he will face jail, torture or death. For what? He is not allowed to know under the pretext of "national security." His lawyers do not have access to any proof or evidence held against Mohamed.
